Yechi Studios is a narrative-driven film, television, photography, and commercial production company built on a deep conviction: that great stories, told with honesty and care, can shift a generation. We create content that is bold without being vulgar, honest without being hopeless, and entertaining without compromising the human spirit.
Yechi means "Who is God." Everything we make is shaped by that question. Not as a label, but as a compass. Redemption, sacrifice, love, justice, and hope are the themes we are passionate about exploring, and the threads we weave into every frame, story, and project we say yes to.
We exist to tell the stories of the unheard, the unseen, and the forgotten. We believe the world needs more content that heals, unites, and leaves people feeling seen.
Yechi Studios grew from Yechi Style, a fashion and beauty focused creative space built alongside a partner and a close community of friends. As faith grew, so did the vision. The desire to tell stories with deeper impact, stories rooted in real life and real community, became impossible to ignore. Style and beauty remain a deep love and will always have a place in our creative process, but the focus shifted. The rebrand wasn't just a name change. It was a moment of clarity after years of building, reflecting, and strengthening.
Yechi Studios was founded by Crystal Onyechi, a New Jersey based Nigerian American producer and director whose work is driven by one question: what does this story mean, and who needs to hear it? Her faith and her culture both inform the lens through which she sees the world and the stories she chooses to tell. Yechi Studios exists today as a restart and a recommitment. The path forward is intentional. The purpose is impact and love through media and art, and the stories shared here will reflect exactly that.
Yechi Studios is led by Crystal alongside a collective of trusted collaborators: directors, cinematographers, photographers, and storytellers who share the same conviction that purposeful content is not a compromise. It is the standard.
